Edit, resize, crop, compress, and convert images without uploading anything — the work happens on your device. Two of these get mixed up constantly: the Compressorre-encodes at a lower quality, while the Format Converter changes the codec, and re-compressing an already-compressed JPEG causes visible generation loss. Converting to WebP first is usually the better move. Resize andCrop are not interchangeable either: resizing keeps the whole frame at new dimensions, cropping throws image area away.
